MONAS (Monumen Nasional / National Monument) is a monument at the same time the iconic museum Indonesia and Jakarta. This monument was founded by Ir. Sukarno, Indonesia's first president in memory of resistance and struggle of the people of Indonesia won independence from the Dutch East Indies.
